We look at some issues that have arisen at our favorite comic and game shop in Minnesota as well as some poor decisions by a local halloween attraction and by Bleeding Cool. Some of the questions before us are: what transgressions make us take our business elsewhere? Can a bad mistake be made up for? What would make us go back to a business that has lost our trust?
