Episode 152 – When Kids ask Questions

10344812_10152836903433155_4426762725123735037_nThis week we are joined by comedian, improvisor, and dad Joe Bozic.  We talk about dealing with questions like “is there a god” and trying to explain religious holidays in a secular household.  We also talk about comedy because that’s the sort of thing that happens when you get three comedians (and Tim) in a room together.

Here’s a link to Joe’s Tumblr.

Note on the Boy Scouts of America BSA. They require an oath to God. It does not matter what God, but you must follow a higher being. So Agnostics and Atheist are openly not allowed in, unless they lie about their beliefs. So they in fact openly discriminate.

    • That’s true. It’s something I’ve grappled with where my kids involvement in the organization is concerned. They seem to have adopted something of a “don’t ask – don’t tell” policy in my region so we have something of a truce.
