This week, we are joined by our friend Nathan Gerber to talk about how his divorced parents used religion as a tool in custody disputes. Nathan’s father was Jewish and his mother was Lutheran so he was raised both – depending on which house he was in. Although he apparently wasn’t told he couldn’t have pepperoni on his pizza until it was far too late. We mostly talk about his Jewish heritage and the times he was actually attacked for being a Jew. We do get a couple of hits in against the boring-ass music the Lutherans play in church because holy shit is that music boring.
