  • Episode 292 – Hamlet and God

shakeThis week’s episode, we are joined once again by Charles Hubbell to talk about Shakespeare. He recently played Claudius in a production of “Hamlet” and talks to us about being an atheist playing religious character. We talk about religion in “Hamlet” as well as Shakespeare’s other plays.  Charles also prepared for us a series of Shakespeare questions that we get to answer! ALSO, we address the question of whether or not we say “MacBeth” in the theater!

  • The Nihilist Inning

Hi there GWG fans!  Just thought you might enjoy this audio comedy written by Tim and featuring both Molly and Tim on voice work.  Also featured are friends of the show Charles Hubbell, Windy Bowlsby and Geoffrey Brown as well as Dawn Krosnowski and Don Cosgrove.  Sound effects were also provided by friend of the show Salsa Sterling.

This script was presented as part of Big Fun Radio Funtime in March and since Baseball season just opened, it seemed appropriate to post it.  Tim wrote this thinking “I don’t believe in god, but I *do* believe in hot dogs.”

Thanks to Jerry Stearns for some great post production work!

  • Episode 144 – Path to Enlightenment

6837071_origThis week, we are joined once again by Charles Hubbell, who takes us on a spiritual journey.  We start with Catholicism, work through born again Christianity, Buddhism and finally we find our way to atheism.  Along the way, we talk about Chiropractic medicine, miracle berriess and Tim’s stripper name.  Is it any wonder this ended up being our longest episode ever?  And that’s even after we edited out Molly’s pee break!

  • Episode 99 – SIR Ben Kingsley
